FLEET CONTROL MONITOR (FCM) is a software platform for the controlling and monitoring of all fleet management processes.

The system is web-based and requires no installation. Access from any PC or laptop is password controlled.

FCM delivers a large variety of information and can be whilte-labelled to tailor the system view to its users. Logical processes automatically trigger task chains with analogical work indications.

Expertise in IT-systems and software is therefore a basic requirement for generating practicable and efficient processes. Our inhouse software development team has this expertise and assists in operating the system.

We guide the customer from process analysis and optimization over the definition of workflows to users training and running the system in real time. Beyond that we assist with a helpdesk and a live support desk.
